Avec l'aide de ta manager, tu définiras la stratégie de recrutement de ton périmètre afin de gagner en autonomie et en responsabilité.Gestion du process de recrutement & expérience candidats:Prise de brief avec les managersGestion de la publication des annonces sur nos différents job boardsScreening et sélection des CVPremier entretien de sélection et présentation des profils retenus aux managersSuivi du process de recrutement avec les managers jusqu'à l'offreEn fonction de tes appétences, tu pourras être amené(e) à participer à d'autres missions :Optimisation du processus d'embauche et d'amélioration de l'expérience des candidats.Projets RH tels que la marque employeur, les relations avec les écoles,...Profil recherché :Étudiant(e) en école de commerce/IUT, avec une orientation business development ou ressources humaines,Tu as un bon niveau d'anglais,Une première expérience en recrutement est un plus,Dynamique et organisé(e), tu sais prioriser les missions et respecter les délais,Proactif(ve), tu disposes d'une très bonne capacité d'écoute et bon relationnel
