We are looking to meet our new Team Leader for the Truck Assistance International team, to help provide "expert" procedural support, instruction, and expert policy advice to the Agents and the Business. The Team Leader will manage control of the operations team's agenda and is the first point of escalation for complex case management. The Team Leader is expected to demonstrate exemplary behaviour and develop the technical knowledge and expertise in the team, actively seeking opportunities to support, coach and develop people; leading the team by sharing knowledge and promoting best practice. the Team Leader role is key to enable collaboration between the different elements to provide the right solution for our customers and employees. Join our team as a Team Leader, based at our headquarters in Barcelona, to participate in the exciting journey of holding regular meetings at both horizontal and vertical levels, understanding the dimensions of the service at an operational level, and the risk of managing it, always supported by your line manager.

What does your day-to-day look like?Monitoring of quality and productivity KPIs.Technical support to the team at processing daily tickets and file management.Weekly team evaluation through Q-M.Claims handling through CFM.Provide support to the Front Office team if needed.Monitoring of daily presence.Coordination of team's breaks.Management of team's requests for holidays, leaves and punctuality.Annual evaluation and outline the objectives of the team managed, in cooperation with the responsible of each team.Permanent contact with other team leaders in order to carry out management's guidelines.Carry out other complementary functions defined by Operations Department.Commercial profile and ability to deal with direct customer interaction.Participation in projects if required. Your ProfileYour skills and experienceNative level of Spanish.Excellent English and French language skills (we can consider other languages).High knowledge of IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint).Managing other tools: Concerto, AVAYA (CMS, QM, WFM), Syntia, GOP CALC, Diag Tool, others.Strong skills in logistics and interpersonal relations.Leadership Skills.Rigor in the processing of data.High appreciation of teamwork.
