Your day to day with us:Work with key stakeholders, hiring managers, HR colleagues and TA Managers to deliver the talent acquisition strategy for SWE and the Digital Hub.Ownership of all recruitment activity, in partnership with Hiring Managers and HR colleagues ensuring all key talent acquisition metrics are met.Support the strategy to hire and attract in SWE, Digital and Vitoria Hub.Develop and maintain effective business partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.Use these relationships to develop an in-depth understanding of functional areas and the commercial challenges being faced.Manage day-to-day recruitment workload through technologies and keep database system up to date and available for real-time reporting.Build and manage relationships with third party suppliers and external research firms when necessary but primary focus will stay direct sourcing to reduce agency spent.Become an assessment expert with the ability to assess a variety of exercises at a variety of levels - adding value and challenging to ensure assessor consistency.Lead the campus agenda.Lead the Employer Branding agenda.Manage, engage and develop 3 TA direct reports and a total team of 9.Qualifications/Requirements:What do you need to succeed?Undergraduate College Degree/ B Degree/First degree is required.Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian or Portuguese.A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience. Previous experience with high-volume, full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience for professional-level hires is preferred.Previous agency or search firm experience is also relevant and will be considered.
