Agency: Havas Media Group SpainJob Description Summary: The Manager is responsible for elevating the media creativity across Havas and for leading the development and integration of creative and innovative concepts for client media experiences.Job Description: Mission & Responsibilities:Integrate creativity into Media Experience (Mx)Generate powerful ideas to support Mx development and deliver innovative and game-changing Mx campaigns, including connect, context, and content into media planning.In close liaison with the Strategy Manager, conceive and develop innovative formats and strong, award-winning ideas within media.Elevate Havas Village and Vivendi (including Canal+, Universal Music, Gameloft, etc.) to serve the Mx brief response, supporting local client teams or contributing to new business pitches.Work with Mx Development teams to ensure creativity is delivered.Facilitate and co-lead brainstorms and ideation sessions with Mx Development and Strategy leadership.Play a key role at the local level in identifying best cases and best practices, as well as in selecting great Havas work for awards.Create a standard way of generating ideas and host training where necessary to bring harmony to creative ideation.Follow and adhere to the creative best practices, tools, and processes developed globally, executed locally.Cultivate innovative partnerships and stay abreast of the latest innovations that can help drive forward-thinking creativity at the local level.Be proactive in exploring new technologies for beyond media experiences.Attend meetings as required across Havas and generate formal internal as well as ad hoc reporting.Develop a close relationship with Vivendi teams for ideation and the latest inspiration, securing their active participation in ideation and partnership opportunities.Identify new start-ups, technology partners, innovators, and fresh creative thinking to become Havas friends.Previous Experience & Industry Background: 8+ years' experience in strategic communications planning in the Media Industry, Entertainment.Qualifications & Languages: Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising.Languages: English (Advanced).Soft Skills & Competencies: Strategic communications planning.Communication and presentation.Inspirational and collaborative.Driven and curious.Accountable and realistic on deliverables.Innovation and creativity.Effectiveness and connection to culture.Technical Skills: Office software.Contract Type: PermanentHere at Havas, we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
