Provide and execute creative ideas to leverage revenue generation opportunities and brand awareness of W Ibiza. Partner with Operations, Food & Beverage, Sales, Finance, and revenue teams to execute promotions and campaigns targeting in-house guests and transients with promotions that drive incremental revenue to the hotel. Act as the liaison between the marketing department and advertising agency on the tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans. Coordinate the implementation of all brand packages and practices including special events and promotional opportunities at the property level in collaboration with Revenue Management.Social Media Content: Act proactively in social media activity, initiatives, and exposure. Facilitate social media engagement and update content in local digital channels. Develop and execute promotional campaign plans for F&B, rooms, spa, and meetings through relevant digital and social media channels. Engage in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and respond accordingly.General Responsibilities: Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of all Marketing activities. Support communications duties and functions as deemed necessary. Assist in the liaison and execution of joint F&B, Rooms, and Spa promotions. Work with Field Marketing to verify the Hotel's website and related websites are updated regularly
