As the Events Marketing Effectiveness Manager, you will play a key role in planning, leading, and managing events, as well as developing and implementing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This role provides an outstanding opportunity to be part of a dynamic commercial organization and support the marketing strategy for Evinova, the recently launched healthtech business within the AstraZeneca group. This role will report to the Chief Growth Officer and will partner closely with corporate communications, Evinova leadership, and our product and customer teams.Accountabilities:Be the key point of coordination for all external events for Evinova, communicating with internal stakeholders to support positioning and appropriate oversight for each event to leverage opportunities for onward Evinova brand awareness.Lead targeted event planning and management for all commercial events which focus on obtaining access to Evinova target customers and have demonstrable metrics which measure success.Implement lead generation initiatives pre, during, and post events to enhance engagement and brand visibility.Quantify measures of success and closely partner with the sales organization to maximize engagement throughout.Manage budgets effectively to negotiate with vendors and gain cost-effective, leading marketing positioning which drives commercial engagement to support revenue opportunities.Work with external agencies, where required, to support digital marketing efforts including website optimization, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to enhance online visibility and engagement.Support Evinova SMEs to develop presentations and other material used to promote our brand.Essential Skills/Experience:Significant experience within clinical trials software within a marketing function.Proven track record of managing and leading global events with demonstrable experience of partnering with commercial sales teams to support successful outcomes.Metrics-driven with strong ownership and focus with the ability to prioritize effectively and communicate clearly and persuasively.Able to drive focus and excellence within the programs they own.Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of related marketing expertise, ideally in event marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate sophisticated concepts and ideas effectively.Track record of collaboration and leading cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success, to achieve common goals and deliver on time activities.Desirable Skills/Experience:Passion for healthcare and the role of digital health technologies in improving experience and outcomes for patients.
