This is one such role!- **Are you ready to make a difference?****Role Purpose**As Compliance Head, Sandoz International Region, you will be responsible for designing, proposing,- managing and implementing the company's compliance strategy for the Sandoz International Region- (SIR) within the Sandoz Division, according to the Novartis Group strategy, policies and guidelines.- This is covering all types of compliance affairs, securing the enterprise reputation and the observance- of legal industry codes and company rules, and contributions to the achievement of business expected- results. Further, you will be responsible for leading the deployment of the "Compliance Program" in all- the countries in Sandoz International Region (SIR). You will be the referent and support development- for local compliance officers in the region.**Your Key Responsibilities**- Ensure the implementation of Compliance Strategy.- Initiate and support the establishment of standards and related processes based on global NovartisPolicies such as the Code of Conduct, Corporate Citizenship Policy, P3 and all applicable laws and- regulations including local industry codes.- Accountability for all Compliance matters within the International Region.- Support and consolidate compliance related risk assessments.- Ensure communication and implementation of the Speak Up Office process for reporting allegationsOf misconduct.- Support investigation and decision making of alleged misconduct based on a respective allocation ofResponsibility by the Speak Up Office.
