Repsol Generación Baja en Carbono (Renovables) is positioned as one of the four pillars of business of the Repsol Group within the framework of the Strategic Plan 2024 - 2027, whose objective is to decarbonize our product portfolio and strengthen the Company's position as a multi-energy provider at the national and international level. We are selecting a Regulation & Normative Senior Consultant for our office located at Campus Repsol, Madrid.
Your objective within the company will be to provide regulatory support to the Low Carbon Generation businesses in Spain and internationally, as well as to the Electricity and Gas Commercial Team in Spain.
ResponsibilitiesAdvising on electricity sector regulation to the Low Carbon Generation Business and on electricity and gas sector regulation to the Electricity and Gas Retail Business.Monitoring and analyzing regulatory developments at the national and European level, reflecting risks and opportunities for electricity generation and electricity and natural gas commercialization activities.Drafting submissions in response to public consultations initiated, primarily by the CNMC, MITERD, Red Eléctrica (REE), and the European Commission, defined according to Repsol's strategic position.Participating in working groups of sector associations to defend the strategic interests of the group in AEE, APPA, Wind Europe, UNEF, among others.RequirementsAcademic background: Higher Degree in Law, Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration.Additional training/valued: MBA (valued).Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in related tasks.Languages: English B2.Others: Availability for international travel.CompetenciesAutonomy and proactivity.Teamwork and communication skills.Management skills.Results-oriented.
