Our Recruitment Engineers are looking for a SOC Manager.
Core Responsibilities Contribute to process implementation and drive improvements to ensure consistency across security operations.
Manage sub-divisional relationships and support efforts to improve security performance via delivery of projects and programs that may involve the implementation of new technology.
Requirements Must Have Relevant working experience in the role.
Mature understanding of industry accepted standards for incident response actions and best practices related to SOC operations.
Knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, vulnerability management, and risk management.
Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in the preparation of metrics, reports, dashboards, and documentation.
Nice to Have Ability to prepare reports and dashboards and communicate to leadership.
Be a team player with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of the main OS (Unix, Linux, and Windows).
Willingness to enter a fast-growing environment.
