Key Responsibilities:Pricing & Yield Management: Ensure RMS/Revenue Manager pricing recommendations and decisions are implemented across channels/systems (restriction, overbooking, allotment, pricing changes, rate parity, etc.). 25%Channel Maintenance: Open/Close, adjust free-sale FIT/Wholesaler rates and availability via channel manager (or operator's extranets), maintain and update the channel manager accordingly (when applicable). 25%Rate Management: Load new rate requests (as per SLA) including, but not limited to: corporate negotiated rate, FIT/Wholesaler, group rate, pricing structure, room types, 3rd party partners rollout, loyalty offers, promotional activities, etc. 25%CRS Auditing: Ensure CRS accuracy through audit. 15%Support the implementation of key Revenue Optimization related projects: including, but not limited to, new pricing model, room types, EMMA, etc. 10%A successful trainee:Is fluent in English both written and spoken; another European language is a plus.Good communication and social skills.Good team player.Trustworthy.Well organized with an eye for detail.Flexible and co-operative.Excellent Microsoft Office skills.Has a modern digital mindset.Is self-driven and able to think outside and inside the box.Requirements:Education: Currently studying Bachelor or Master degree in Hospitality or Business Administration.Language skills: Fluent in English both written and spoken; another European language is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
