The Revenue Systems Specialist (RSS) will support the revenue management, sales, and distribution team to execute the commercial and revenue management strategy to maximize Direct and Indirect revenue potential. He/she will report to the Supervisor/Manager/Director of Revenue Systems. He/she will be responsible for accurately loading and maintaining hotel policies and rates in the Radisson Hotel Group's Central Reservation System, in the GDS systems, and OTA connections. This includes (but is not limited to) supporting and optimizing OTA & leisure partners' activities (connectivity support, implementation process, documentation, troubleshooting, monitoring system performance, rate parity, reporting, promotional activities, etc.). In addition, the Revenue Systems Specialist supports the onboarding of new hotels, advising and providing training on system usage company standards and ensures system accuracy. They will work directly with hotels, area, and corporate support office teams to drive Total Profitable Revenue.Roles/Responsibilities:Business Support and System Maintenance: Support revenue, sales, and hotel teams by resolving incidents through a ticketing platform. Ensure accurate business decision implementation, addressing issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency. Responsible for managing rates, room types, and policies in line with Radisson Hotel Group policies and contracts within the Central Reservation System, GDS systems, and OTA connections. This includes providing advice and training to hotels on system configuration, defining connectivity options, rate loading guidelines, audits, data spreadsheets, and FAQs.Process and System Optimization: Develop and maintain new/current system (CRS, Channels) processes and create detailed SOPs and FAQs to ensure consistency and compliance. Update these documents to reflect current practices and improvements.Qualifications:Knowledge of key hotel systems, such as Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS)Experience with various distribution channels, including Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and/or Global Distribution Systems (GDS)Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office toolsFluent English both written and spoken, another language is a plusTeamwork: Collaborating effectively and supporting team goalsProblem-Solving: Identifying issues, analyzing situations, and proposing solutionsAdaptability: Flexibility in changing circumstances and technologies with a modern mind-setAttention to detail: Preventing errors and maintaining accuracyInnovative: Self-driven and able to think outside and inside the boxCommunication: Clear verbal and written interaction.Job requirements and qualifications:Minimum education: Bachelor's degree from accredited university – Hospitality, E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related major preferred.Minimum experience: At least one year business experience in an international environment with a focus on hospitality, revenue management, account management, and e-commerce. Experience gained in an OTA, Wholesaler or Hospitality group and previous revenue ownership is an advantage.Language skills: Fluent English both written and spoken, additional language skills are welcome.
