Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their Customer Service team. In this role, you will provide optimal and proactive support to users, addressing various issues with a positive and professional attitude. You will be involved in daily administrative tasks, ensuring adherence to established routines and processes while suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Customer Service: Perform daily administrative customer service tasks Follow established routines and processes according to the management system Identify deviations and propose improvements to the management system Personal Skills: Structured, solution-oriented, and meticulous with a high level of service Collaborate with colleagues to develop and digitize processes Naturally service-minded, enjoys working with numbers and meeting deadlines Holds a post-secondary education in finance administration Accounting knowledge is a plus System Knowledge: Entré MDM Office package Work Tasks: Manage the switchboard according to current procedures Monitor and ensure cases do not remain unresolved in the case management system Create orders in the entrance and convey cases via the case management system Assist with other administrative customer center-related tasks Answer incoming calls and emails Manage error reports from the customer case management system Register work orders and convey them to the appropriate districts Update data in Telenor Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing checks before invoices are released, credit management, and handling debt collection Manage your inbox for customer admin and register customers in MDM Update and change customer registrations and facility registrations for new agreements and adjustments Manage layoff and exit activities Handle invoice errors Register new projects What you are offered: Premium Medical Insurance: Enjoy comprehensive coverage for you and your family (spouse and dependents) including routine health checks, dental, vision, prescription drugs, mental health support and much more.
