The Role At TravelPerk, we're on a mission to connect people in real life in the most enjoyable and sustainable way possible—and that's where you come in.

As our Sustainability Program Manager, you'll lead our corporate sustainability initiatives and take ownership of GreenPerk, our product redefining carbon-neutral business travel. GreenPerk offers a transparent, affordable, and impactful way for businesses to offset their travel emissions directly through our platform.

In this senior individual contributor role, you will collaborate across teams and be the face of sustainability within and outside the company. Reporting to our Product Management Director, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing the sustainability vision, influencing product development, corporate strategies, and customer engagement.

What You'll Be Doing Leading GreenPerk: Collaborating with product and development teams to craft a best-in-class solution that empowers customers to minimise their travel-related carbon footprint. Strategising & Innovating: Developing and implementing a forward-thinking sustainability program, aligning with company-wide goals and setting ambitious targets that deliver measurable impact. Ensuring Compliance Excellence: Owning environmental compliance, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations while staying ahead of global sustainability trends and legislation. Internal Sustainability Champion: Spearheading initiatives alongside our Workplace Experience team to reduce waste, increase energy efficiency, and enhance water conservation efforts. Engaging employees by fostering a sustainability-driven culture through education and participation. Supplier Collaboration: Building and managing relationships with sustainability project suppliers, carefully selecting, vetting, and tracking projects to ensure they deliver the maximum environmental benefit. Sustainability Thought Leader: Staying at the cutting edge of sustainability innovations and bringing insights back to the team. Representing the company at conferences and events, positioning us as an industry leader. What You'll Need to Succeed Proven experience in the world of sustainability, ideally within the travel industry. Strong understanding of sustainability principles, environmental compliance, and best practices. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and effectively present sustainability strategies to both internal stakeholders and external clients. Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical, innovative solutions. Self-starter with a passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving measurable impact. Experience working with product and engineering teams to develop sustainability-focused solutions is a plus. We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our Barcelona HQ or London hub.
