We are currently looking for supply chain consultants and Analysts to support our growth. The new joiner will start his/her career in Miebach collaborate with clients and project teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and contribute to cost savings, understanding and modeling the Clients current operational processes, identifying main pain points, defining and developing solutions, and supporting implementation activities.
This role presents an excellent career opportunity for recent graduates or graduates with some experience to develop supply chain modelling and design skills in multiple industries in an international environment. This position requires domestic travel depending on project requirements.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain challenges, objectives, and specific needs.
Analysis and Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current supply chain operations, identifying inefficiencies, areas for improvement, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
Solution Development: Develop and recommend tailored supply chain solutions, strategies, and action plans to address client challenges and achieve desired outcomes.
Implementation Support: Assist clients in implementing recommended solutions, working closely with their teams to ensure successful execution.
Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions and monitor progress.
Continuous Improvement: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them adapt to changing market dynamics, technology, and supply chain best practices.
Technical Expertise: Stay updated with the latest supply chain engineering and logistics technologies, methodologies, and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to design customized supply chain solutions, which may include process optimization, technology integration, and workflow redesign.
Client Presentation: Present solutions and recommendations to clients in a clear, compelling manner, tailored to their specific needs and challenges.
Project Management: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Change Management: Assist clients in managing organizational change, helping teams adapt to new processes and technologies.
Documentation: Create detailed project documentation, reports, and action plans for clients and internal teams.
Negotiating with Suppliers: Engaging in negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements.
Cost Analysis and Reduction: Analyze cost structures and implementing strategies to optimize costs without compromising product or service quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Engineering or Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Strategy, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Coupa - Supply Chain Design Foundations Certification (a plus)
Coupa - Supply Chain Network Optimization Certification (a plus)
APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (a plus)
Lean/ Six Sigma Black Belt (a plus)
Data Analytics (a plus)
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
4-6 years of relevant supply chain consultancy experience is required.
Strong knowledge of supply chain management concepts, practices, and emerging trends.
Proficiency in network optimization, S&OP, and inventory and transport optimization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven project management experience.
Problem-solving abilities and a track record of implementing effective supply chain solutions.
International experience is highly appreciated.
Proficiency in data analysis, modelling, and supply chain software tools. Also:
Proficiency with MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Power BI.
Proficiency with SQL and Qliksense
Python is a plus.
Willingness to travel (20%)
Proficiency in Spanish and English. French and German languages are highly valuable. Catalan is a plus.
