We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist.
The position is located in Valladolid.
Main accountabilities:
Ensure accurate and timely development and delivery of supply chain reports monthly, weekly, and daily, related to the key processes: service to customers, inventory, forecasts accuracy, planning, and scheduling activity.
Work closely with supply chain supervisors on the management of the information needed to follow up for the different KPI's (for example):
Inventory values and turnovers.
Risk and obsolescence reduction.
Plan adherence.
Report to the supply chain manager on the main actions to achieve KPI's.
Manage the production plan proposed by the team to meet customer needs and plant capacity, according to production sign off (PSO) and supply chain KPI's.
Ensure that the production plan is achieved monthly, by promoting the changes when there are variances or constraints and escalating when a deviation is identified.
Work with the main stakeholders to ensure plan constraints are solved in a timely manner to avoid any disruption in the plan.
Put in place controlling activities on the adherence of the production plan.
Work with the team to coordinate and participate in continuous improvement projects for supply chain.
Support the team on the use of the IT tools and develop new ones to increase the efficiency of the team in the SC process.
Requires:
Communication and interaction capabilities.
Data management and analysis capability.
Power BI, MS365, and Excel skills are highly recommended.
IT, mathematic, and logic capabilities (analytical thinking).
Problem-solving skills as well as the ability to independently set priorities with a good take of decisions.
Ability to work accurately while under pressure.
Knowledge of Supply Chain processes and metrics, including IT systems technology standards/possibilities.
High level of English.
