Region: MED > MED Service > Service Supply ChainService Supply Chain is part of Global Service and is responsible for the global inventory and availability of all spare parts (both Mains and minors) for the maintenance of installed turbines. You will become responsible for a team of more than 150 colleagues in the Region, covering Supply Chain Planning, Warehousing, Construction/Service Tools, Transport and Distribution Management, and Repair Operations. You will participate in implementing the Strategic initiatives from the Global SC and ensure Regional Operational Excellence together with your management group. You will also become part of the Regional Service Management team and report directly to the Vice President of Regional Service.In addition, you will be a member of the Global Supply Chain Management Team.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping a complex Supply Chain organization and ensuring the right balance between inventory levels, inventory forecasting, and delivery performance.Leadership, people management, and development of a diverse set of functions across different countries in the Region.Connect the Construction and Service Planning with Tools and Material Handling.Responsible for all Regional Warehousing and Logistics - including spare parts and Tools.Budget responsible including P&L for all Regional Service and Tools Inventories.Together with your team define strategy, budgets, targets, and improvement projects - aligned with the global strategy.Close engagement with the Global Service Supply Chain responsible to ensure the right level of global vs. local ownership + execution of Strategy.Secure Optimized Repair operations in cooperation with the Global Repair team, delivering the committed savings.QualificationsRelevant university degree combined with significant experience (up to 10 years) in operations, supply chain, and logistics.Solid experience handling a global Supply Chain Organization.Strategical mindset with solid stakeholder management skills.Good understanding of the wind industry or similar industries.Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing.CompetenciesCross-functional management skills in a global and matrix organization.Ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders including senior executives from various functions.Ability to handle multiple short and long-term priorities.Inquisitive skills.A convincing communicator who knows how to mobilize people.What we offerWe offer an exciting job with great opportunities for professional and personal development in a highly complex supply chain with the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions.
