Responsibilities Further develop and lead the execution of our European Supply-Chain Strategy and TransformationLead the Supply-Chain Team by developing the organization with a keen focus on Zero HarmTake over responsibility for all material flows of a European manufacturing and warehousing network with multi-modal in- and outbounds to our customersEnsure material availability and optimize cost through S&OP and production capacity planningSteer our European warehousing and third-party partner networkDrive our transformation to an integrated and digital state-of-the-art Supply-ChainCollaborate closely with other departments (e.g., Plants, Customer Service, and Procurement) and stakeholders for a connected end-to-end Supply-ChainPartner with Commercial and Operations on enabling sales growth, launching innovations, decreasing cost, and optimizing service and qualityMonitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with other departmentsAnalyze current inventories and procedures; suggest improvements to increase the efficiency of the supply chain and profitability for the company
