We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst and Process Modeler to join our Global Supply Chain Process & Systems team at Essity.
This role demands a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of data analysis, supply chain planning & logistics, and process modeling.
The ideal candidate will possess technical proficiency, business process understanding, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
What you will Do: Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for Essity's Global Supply Chain via approved front-end tools (e.g.: Analysis for Office, PowerBI)
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and support translation into business requirements, for Analytics Services to provide tailored analytical solutions.
Data modeling & reporting Develop and maintain data models, queries, and procedures to support ongoing analytical needs, based on the existing Analytics databases.
Understand and leverage the SAP data landscape to build meaningful insights.
Support SAP Analysis for Office and BW/4HANA reporting requirements by creating and maintaining workbooks, and dashboards.
Process Modeling: Act as a process modeler in SAP Signavio, mapping and optimizing supply chain and logistics processes. Capturing and documenting process models in EPEx platform SAP Signavio in a meaningful way. Secure that the process diagrams have high quality standards.
Understand end-to-end logistics processes to create detailed process flows that improve efficiency and productivity.
E2E Speaking Partner F2S Data & Analytics Represent Analytics in E2E stream meetings, ensuring analytics topics are considered at the right time (eg : impact of business process change on Analytics; non-regression testing including Analytics during roll-outs)
Act as key communicator for F2S stream towards Analytics, syncing stream-wide Analytics topics and general E2E stream updates
Who you Are: Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a supply chain or logistics environment.
Proficiency in process modeling and optimization using SAP Signavio or similar tools.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
