The Main Event: What you'll do As a Supply and Sales Compliance Assistant, you will support the operation team by ensuring that all legal and compliance-related aspects of property, seller and buyer lead transactions are handled efficiently. You will play a key role in overseeing the operational processes that help finalize property sales, ensuring that all required documentation and legal procedures are met.
Assist in the preparation and review of legal documentation related to property, seller and buyer sales. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the sales process. Collaborate with notaries, legal teams, and internal departments to facilitate smooth property transactions. Manage operational tasks related to the closing of sales, ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately and on time. Monitor and maintain records to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations. Support the team in troubleshooting any issues that arise during the sales process. The Perfect Match: What you bring 1-2 years of experience, preferably as a Notary Assistant or in a similar legal or compliance role. Proficiency in English and native proficiency in Spanish. Attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey recommendations and meet customer needs.
