Requirements Must pass all applicable records and background check.Must successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.

As a position of trust and IT II position, employment is conditional based on the successful completion of an Access National Agency Check (ANACI).Qualifications Resumes must include information which demonstrates experience and knowledge, skills, and ability (KSAs) as they relate to this position.

Applicants must have at least 1 year of specialized experience.
To be creditable, the specialized experience must have been at the NF-03 grade level or equivalent in the DoD single service member programs (Liberty, BOSS, R4R, etc.
).
A Qualified Candidate Must Possess A qualified candidate must possess the following:
Knowledge of the principles, techniques, and methods or procedures used in organizing, planning, administering, and conducting a wide variety of recreation activities.Knowledge of the scope of recreational activities and their suitability for individuals, groups, ages, and interests.Knowledge of current trends in recreation.Knowledge of marketing and promotion techniques that motivate and encourage program participation.Knowledge of CNIC's EEO policy and procedures.Skill in the use of Microsoft Office Programs (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to develop and effectively deliver presentations and/or training.Ability to influence others in obtaining cooperation and assistance.Ability to perform the full range of supervisory duties.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Education This position does not have a positive education requirement.
