This position is assigned to the Single Sailor (Liberty) program in the Community Recreation Division; MWR Department; Naval Station Rota Spain.
The primary purpose of this position is to manage and administer a comprehensive and diverse year-round Single Sailor Program, which includes the day-to-day program, staff and Liberty Center operations, development, organization, facilitation, marketing, and evaluation of recurring and nonrecurring programs within the Single Sailor Program.

To be creditable, the specialized experience must have been at the NF-03 grade level or equivalent in the DoD single service member programs (Liberty, BOSS, R4R, etc.
).
