The position
As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and optimizing the performance of a field sales team. This role is crucial to ensure that the team meets and exceeds their sales targets through sales enablement, KPI tracking, and the implementation of effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a results-oriented mindset, and previous experience in managing sales teams.
ResponsibilitiesCoordination and Leadership of the Field Sales Team:
Supervise and manage the daily performance of the Field Sales team. Assign and coordinate territories, routes, and individual goals for each team member. Conduct regular review meetings with the team to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives. Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to develop the team's skills.Sales Enablement:
Develop and provide the necessary tools, resources, and training for the sales team to be effective in their roles. Implement and update sales processes, training materials, and product guides. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align the value proposition with customer needs. Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary knowledge of the products and services being sold.Objective Review and Tracking:
Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs and sales targets at both team and individual levels. Develop corrective action plans when objectives are not being met. Prepare periodic performance reports and present them to senior management. Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to maximize performance.Development and Implementation of Sales Strategies:
Design and execute effective sales strategies to achieve the organization's goals. Analyze the market and competition to adjust sales tactics. Participate in the planning of sales campaigns and promotions. Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make adjustments as needed.Client Relationship Management:
Ensure that the Field Sales team maintains a customer-centric approach. Oversee key account management and customer satisfaction. Support the team in resolving customer issues and conflicts.Level 1 Customer Support:
It is crucial during the first months of activity to ensure close contact with customers to get to know their problems and needs.
