- Mantener y controlar los procesos definidos para el desarrollo de la función propia del departamento, con especial atención a:
- Planificar el trabajo (objetivos, horarios, reparto de tareas, etc).
- Supervisar los métodos de trabajo, uso de materiales y productos, y trato con el cliente.
- Controlar costes: gestión de los recursos disponibles de manera eficiente, tanto recursos humanos como recursos materiales.
- Gestionar plantilla.
- Controlar calidad del servicio prestado, ajustándolo a las necesidades y expectativas del cliente, estableciendo métodos estandarizados de trabajo para realizar las actividades de cada día buscando como principal objetivo la eficiencia económica y lograr los resultados de calidad establecidos.What are we looking for?
- Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio en Hostelería y Turismo o similar.
- Experiencia: mínima de 1 año en puesto similar.
- Idiomas: inglés alto, deseable segundo idioma.
