We are currently seeking a Job Requisition Name , reporting directly to reporting line position to join our sub job family team based in Location, country, city .
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to: Define the Project Contracting Plan
Manage requests for offers to Subcontractors
Prepare the Master Subcontractor List
Qualify Subcontractors
Agree on contractual conditions of the Project, together with the client
Lead the preparation of the Master Bid Package, with the technical and commercial content
Issuance of Requests for Offer in the purchasing tool
Clarifications of offers
Preparation of the Final Bid Tabulation with the Subcontractor recommendation
Preparation of Subcontract orders, together with the client
Monitoring of commercial and contractual matters during the execution of contracted work
Closing of contracts and drafting of the closing report
Compliance with Security, Budget and Planning objectives
About You
We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:
Minimum 2 years of previous experience performing similar functions in industrial engineering companies carrying out projects related to oil and gas and/or energy transition
Degree in Engineering. Training related to purchasing or international trade will also be valued.
English level B2 or higher. Other languages such as French and/or German will be considered.
Availability to work in subcontract administration on site is highly valued.
