About you: The successful candidate will be a experienced Senior Strategy Lead with knowledge of the Health Insurance Industry and 5+ years' experience in Strategic Technology Programmes. Specifically, you will have: A good understanding of system design, data & analytics and software engineering practices. Extensive experience working with delivery teams in a scaled Agile environment. Strong communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence and an ability to persuade others and manage expectations accordingly. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills and an ability to lead, coach, support and motivate others. Strong business case creation skills with a focus on prioritization and value creation. Key Responsibilities: As a strategy lead, one of your key responsibilities is to conduct discovery activities to gain insights and gather information that will inform the development of strategic solutions and strategic roadmaps. Discovery activities are aimed at understanding the current state of the organization, identifying challenges and opportunities, and formulating effective strategies to achieve the desired objectives. Specifically you will: Collaborate with architecture, product owners, delivery teams and other key stakeholders to help define product strategy, the technical vision and high-level strategic roadmaps. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations. Support the supplier selection processes. Stay current with digital technologies and trends to ensure the organization stays competitive. Use data to drive any decision-making and in general promote a data driven culture. Ensure that solutions are designed in such a way that they deliver maximum value to the customer and demonstrate this empirically. Identify and surface key risks and issues, building an effective approach to mitigation and securing support when necessary. Develop a range of strategic options and scenarios based on the identified issues and opportunities. These options should consider the organization's strengths, weaknesses, and external factors. Present the findings, insights, and strategic options to the relevant stakeholders and decision-makers. Clearly communicate the rationale behind each option, the potential benefits, and the associated risks. Provide a well-supported recommendation for the most suitable strategic direction based on the discovery activities
