In this role, you will collaborate with senior leaders to analyze data, prepare financial reports, and forecast business performance. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager for CSD, you will also work closely with the LSG Emerging Markets Business. We need your expertise in supporting the collection, analysis, and management of quantitative financial data in a fast-paced environment as we build information to support business decisions! What you will do: Lead on the forecasting, planning, and analysis processes to support commercial business partners and partner at a senior leadership level - collating information, challenging numbers and distilling key points to summarise back to partners. Build, distribute, and manage a complete set of standard and custom analytical and financial reports, including revenue forecasts, for senior leaders and global commercial needs. Apply automation and continuous innovation in your field to improve business processes, creating effective reporting tools for finding opportunities to cut costs and boost efficiency. Business partnering with key internal collaborators and providing commercial support to functional teams as needed. As an analyst, remain agile and able to prioritize and provide level-headed guidance, even during unexpected events. Who we are looking for: Advanced Excel proficiency is essential, with experience in Cognos, Power BI, or SQL preferred. Proven financial abilities, including familiarity with concepts of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, as well as root cause data interpretation. Highly analytical and curious, possessing a strong business sense Great teammate with strong work ethics, customer-focused and deeply connected to the company's values.
