Job Title Strategy and Transformation Lead
Summary:
As the Strategy and Transformation Lead for the Hospitality Unit, you will be responsible for managing and executing initiatives that support the BU's strategic priorities. Your role will focus on identifying, prioritizing, and driving business initiatives across revenue growth, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness. Through collaborative efforts and forward-thinking strategies, you will help transform our business and deliver impactful outcomes for customers, the company, and the industry.
In this role, you will:
Support projects related to mergers and acquisitions, international expansion, and portfolio growth. Design and implement strategies that align with the BU's vision, mission, and strategic goals. Analyze industry trends, identify transformation opportunities, and create competitive growth strategies. Lead strategic projects from inception through execution, maintaining timelines and budgets. Conduct assessments of current processes, technologies, and structures to inform project needs. About the ideal candidate:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree such as an MBA is a plus. Over 7 years of experience in strategy, business, or organizational transformation. At least 2 years of experience leading large-scale projects in complex, cross-functional settings. Background in strategic consultancy or similar roles is advantageous. Proficiency in analyzing data to support strategic decision-making. Strong project management skills and experience in managing project timelines and budgets. Effective communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for supporting transformation efforts. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) or change management credentials are beneficial.
