What you will do: Requirement management: Identify new customer needs breaking it down translating this need in a development requirement for the development provider. Project Management: Lead projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality results that align with business objectives. System architecture: Ensure the architecture and design of systems are robust, scalable, and secure, integrating with existing infrastructure where necessary. Change Management: Drive process improvements and enhancements in collaboration with the development provider to meet changing business needs and improve service quality. Escalation Handling: Manage escalations and ensure that critical issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on development performance for management review. Cost Control: Monitor and control costs associated with development operations to ensure cost-effectiveness. What you will need: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Customer needs management:Previous experience identifying, setting up and implementing new customer needs. Data: Experience and knowledge about Data Science or Data Architecture. Technical Stack: NETCORE, Data, Python, Angular, ML, Cloud, AWS. Data Driven thinking:We are looking for someone that takes decisions after having data. Reporting creation:Experience creating and sharing clear and simple reports. Good English level. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Outsourced service: Experience managing outsourced services, based in KPIs tracking and achivement.
