.Omega CRM, leader in Technology Solutions, aims to strengthen the Solutions team workforce by hiring a Solutions & Process Consultant who will support Solutions and Operations area in our clients' improvement processes.Main duties:Support of the Solutions area by participating in projects and proposals while offering solutions as well as functional view of the issues, goals and opportunities faced by the clients.Support of the Solutions area by participating in the summary and structuring of presentations at business and process levels for the client and project executive board.Consultant/functional lead role within the the project teams assigned in an implementation of Salesforce or other technologies linked to CRM solutions.Advisory role in the decisions related to the technology and business processes.Definition and reengineering of client, commercial area and business operations related.Structuring of business cases: situation, complication and focus proposal for analysis and resolution.Participating in business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touchpoints in multi-cloud implementations.Working closely with our customers to understand the current business processes at a detailed level.Designing business processesDesigning solution with the technical architectsWriting functional specifications and user storiesWorking with internal and customer stakeholders to build prototypes, proof of concepts, and sample mockups as a means of eliciting and defining business requirements.Analysing the data requirements, structures, and integration points of the process, and creating mapping to Salesforce objects or external REST endpoints.Working closely with Project Managers, Technical Architects and directly with clients proposing architect technology solutions to meet client needs.Identifying business process improvements and opportunities for automation.Understand customer's processes and connect business requirements with the functional capabilities of the applicationUsing most efficient approach including Design Thinking, Scrum Agile, Lean 6 Sigma or SaFe methodologyGather and synthesise Business Goals and Requirements and Success Measure KPIsCapture As-Is processes and Define To-Be process to match Salesforce Standard Solution and Industry Best PracticesExperience & Skills+2 years of experience in a similar role.Good communicative skills, both oral and written.Experience generating documents and presentations, structured and oriented to executive and specific audiences.Good leve lof interlocution both in Spanish and English (oral and written).A good level of French would be a plus.Ability of understanding the technology (no need to be an expert) as an extra value for the companyAbility of dialogue with technical teams.Knowledge on definition and process improval methodsBusiness Process Management What do we offerPermanent contract.Flexible Schedule.
