As a Strategic Partnerships Account Manager, you will ensure strategic partner satisfaction and maximize account value.
Your responsibilities:Strategic partners Account Management: Be the main point of contact with the partner and maintain a long-term relationship, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Understand partners' needs and objectives to propose appropriate solutions.Renew and/or expand existing accounts.Participate in regular meetings with clients to review service/product performance.Account growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of additional products or services.Develop strategies to increase the profitability of existing accounts (negotiate, pitch, monitor...).Internal coordination: Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and CRM teams to ensure that partner expectations are met.Ensure all the departments of the company are understood and prioritize customer needs.Your profile:Business or engineering school background2 years of experience in Account Management (Enterprise preferred) or consultingNative Spanish speaker, fluent in EnglishAble to move in a fast-growing environment: proactive, autonomous, motivated, and organizedPrevious experience in a scale-up and/or in the Real Estate sector is a plusWhat we offer: Thrive in an international and inclusive environment: everyone has a place at papernest.
