We are currently seeking a Strategic Indirect Buyer for our operations in Hamburg.
As a Strategic Indirect Buyer at Eosol Group, you will play a key role in the procurement process, ensuring that we have the best possible resources to support our projects in the wind energy sector.
Job Description : As a Strategic Indirect Buyer at Eosol Group, you will be responsible for the procurement of indirect goods and services for our projects in the wind energy sector.
You will work closely with our suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Your primary goal will be to maximize value for Eosol Group while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities : Handling of complex assignments associated with Indirect Spend regarding Intellectual services like Consulting, Engineering, Certification, etc.
Maintain and improve relationships with internal business partners as a key account.
Anticipate needs via constant communication.
Understand the pain points of your business partners.
Solutions oriented.
Obtaining budgets and specifications.
Participation in developments.
Improvement and coordination of shared processes.
Have a leading role during the whole procurement phase and strategy development.
Animate and define the pace at each step.
Be a constant link between internal and external business partners during all negotiations.
Global cost optimization through innovation, negotiations, cost driver identification, working capital management, and process improvement.
Ability to manage Total Cost of Ownership and see beyond the purchasing phase.
Supplier Base optimization.
Maintain relationships with preferred suppliers, source new suppliers, and drive to a pragmatic and optimized IoT of suppliers.
Lead the process until contract signature and support the Tactical purchasing team for P.O creation.
Present the contract to the internal business partner and follow up with contract management.
Maintain the Price database up to date.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the wind energy industry.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software.
Familiarity with procurement best practices and industry trends.
German is a must.
