EBRO is looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Industrial/Capex Buyer for Spain. In this position, you will play an important role in updating the manufacturing line of EBRO Factory.Report to Purchasing Manager of EBRO.Key Responsibilities:Management of the sourcing & procurement activities relating to EBRO indirect procurement (Energy, services, paint lines, body/welding lines...), including the management of the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ). This activity includes quotation analysis and negotiation to support supplier decision making.Supplier Management, building effective internal and external relationships.Creation of new procedures, structures, and formats to help EBRO's targets.Investigation of new supply markets, including assessing supplier's capabilities.Maintaining key systems & databases to track sourcing status, cost status, and purchase order changes.Risk anticipation management and mitigation action plan creation.Achievement of two demanding targets: ensuring projects are delivered at the correct timing and identifying cost reduction opportunities in suppliers' offers.Required Skills, Qualifications And Experience:5+ years working experience; 3-4 years in a similar role for an automotive brand.Purchasing experience in indirect procurement CAPEX (Energy, services, infrastructure, paint lines, body/welding lines...) in a multinational environment.Experience in supplier management: RFQ, supplier management, supplier evaluation, benchmark.Experience in working with cost reduction and cost avoidance targets.Bachelor's degree in industrial/mechanical engineering.Purchasing master is desirable.Strong understanding of purchasing processes: NDA, RFI, RFQ, LOI, MPA.Demonstrated experience of leadership in big and transversal projects involving technical departments.Advanced spoken and written English and Spanish language skills.Experience in working in dynamic environments/companies.Communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.We are one of the most disruptive projects in the Automotive Industry today in Spain, relaunching an iconic brand in the market.
