Descripción del puesto: We are about to open a new outstanding Outlet in La Roca Village (Barcelona) and we are currently looking for an experienced Store Manager in order to drive the team to succeed.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the achievement of store sales budgetResponsible for managing the store costs in an effective mannerResponsible for the overall results of the store, working closely with all the Team and the Retail Departments to ensure that the day-to-day activities build into the long term planAs a dynamic and inspiring leader, manage all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating an excellent client experiencePerform with high integrity in company compliance with Corporate departmentsBe an ambassador of the brand by promoting its values and ambitions within the market placeKey HolderPerfilKey requirements & competenciesGuarantee the store profitability, develop and implement business action plans to maximizeEnsure that the highest level of client service is provided motivating and challenging the StaffCommunicate KPIs and identify strategies to ensure that the performance standards are metOversee and support stock managementLead the CRM processes according to Company guidelinesOversee training ensuring that product knowledge, client service, systems, procedures and teamwork are adequately coveredEnsure adequate floor coverage and timely submission of payroll records for all employeesGuarantee the Visual Merchandising standardsWork with HR to recruit and retain a high performing team and ensure effective resolution for all the employee relations issuesPerform other duties as directedAdditional skillsFluency in Spanish and English.
