JOB PURPOSE Responsible for the correct handling of goods in store. Responsible for the care of the product and compliance with KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures. Manages the warehouse team to guarantee efficient and collaborative support to the front office staff while minimizing inventory losses.
RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures the care and protection of the product according to company guidelines;Ensures the day-to-day management of goods receipt, storage in line with company procedures, and prepares the products to be brought to the sales floor and in special areas optimizing timing efficiency;Ensures that shop-to-shop and returns transfers are compliant with company guidelines and timelines;Manages the flow of E-Commerce orders (Prada.com or e-Tailers) ensuring the required service levels;Guarantees the correct protection and packaging of the product both inside the store and for transfers including E-Commerce shipments;Ensures that company guidelines are adopted in the event of theft, especially regarding communication and documentation produced;Ensures prompt investigation in the event of system negatives;Ensures the correct flow of the product and related documentation, recording their movement in the IT system;Organizes, manages, and executes the Physical and Cycle Inventories of finished products and accessory locations (packaging/stationery and engineering materials) respecting company timing;Manages warehouse activities related to sales;Ensures security and cleanliness of the warehouse;Guarantees operational coverage during working hours based on Store Manager needs;Optimizes and rationalizes all available spaces in collaboration with the Store Manager and the Store Operations Manager;Manages the induction training of new resources through appropriate methods (coaching, training, feedback, etc.);Ensures confidentiality regarding alarm codes and that the warehouse is managed according to security guidelines;Guarantees communication with the relevant Store Operations Manager, especially in cases of exceptions and escalations;Evaluates the performance of the staff and manages relative evaluation interviews in alignment with the Store Manager.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Experience in back of house team managementFast-paced and well organizedFluent in EnglishSAP-System KnowledgeAbility to work in a team
