We are looking for High knowledge of financial markets and products. Ability to analyze incidents on financial markets and products. Use of internet tools. MS Office package. Technical capabilities: Ability to manage and monitor live incidents. Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance. Ability to generate incident reports. Languages: Spanish C1.+ English C1. Availability to work on non-European Stock Exchanges holidays if necessary Your role in the team Analyze the product specification with the customer. Reception of incidents via e-mail, management tools, etc. Deep analysis and detection capabilities of incidents received. Management and resolution of incidents via control dashboard. Attention to the requests of the different clients and users of the company's platforms. Capacity to manage incident meetings with clients via telephone or in person. Coordination capacity of level 1, level 2 technical and other areas for resolution of incidents. Knowledge of workflows for incident/change management.
