These stakeholders include groups such as the Payments Market Practice Group (PMPG) as well as the FX Market Practice Group* Under the supervision of a senior standards expert, provide support in the maintenance of payments/FX MT and/or ISO 20022 messages* Respond to customer questions related to the content, use and implementation of MT and ISO 20022 messages for payments/FX related processes.Competency Profile* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail* Business modelling skills, i.E., being able to translate business requirements in more technical terms* Ability to adhere to strict timeframes as defined within a project* Energetic, eager to learn, self-driven* Team player, willing to work in a multicultural environment* Excellent English, both written and spoken; other languages are an asset* Willingness to travel* At least 1-2 years financial industry experience gained in financial institution, consultancy, service provider, industry association, software vendor or similar, ideally in an operational and/or business analyst role* Broad understanding of payments, in particular cross border international payments and or foreign exchange. Knowledge of other areas in the financial market is a plus.* Deep operational knowledge of business processes, standards and the industry actors involved in payments/FX transaction processing - transaction banks, market infrastructures, etc. in at least one domain (e.G. international payments).* Understanding of international standards and the role they play in the financial system.* Detailed knowledge of FIN MT payments/FX and cash management messages as well as ISO 20022 messages in the area of payments and reporting
