You will be key to supporting our cruise business Operations Team, ensuring that all pier staffing information from cruise businesses is up to speed.ABOUT THE JOBManaging and leading a team of direct reports, ensuring efficient and effective processes that include constant collaboration and coordination between team members.Distributing and assigning tasks to the team related to all the services offered.Creating consistent ways of working to deliver efficient staffing planning adapted to new law conditions.Organising and planning outsourcing support to guarantee staff needs on peak days at the best cost base.Maintaining constant communication between the Planning and Port Delivery teams.Ensuring that all processes are implemented in line with company procedures and audit guidelines, following quality and operational standard deliverables.Ensuring all information is registered into the Staffing system according to the defined standards.ABOUT YOUIdeally, previous experience in the Cruise Operations area.Strong administration & organisational skills - comfortable with 'all things technology'.Ability to think logically to simplify tasks, working independently when necessary.Easily adapts to a variety of changes in ways of working and quickly reacts to operational issues.Can solve problems independently and/or suggest improvements to ways of working & embrace our digital culture.Fluent in verbal and written English.
