We are looking to hire a knowledgeable and experienced IT Recruiter for permanent positions to join our growing international Staff-Leasing team and to support our Temporary employment agency (ETT) in Spain.
How you will make a difference: Full responsibility for all IT recruitment processes of our agency in Spain In coordination with our Sales team, fully understand the needs of our customers for all IT profile positions Managing the search of candidates for all IT positions: screening best candidates, having a first contact with them and prepare a shortlist for our customers Progressively will develop commercial activities aimed at acquiring customers in the IT sector. Acting as a link between the best candidates for any position and our customers, to ensure that we are delivering our services properly Good command of the Spanish Labor Market regulation and processes Good organizational capabilities: appropriate document-keeping, setting priorities in order to get things well done and on time What will make you stand out: University education, preferably with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or alternatively in Business Administration Strong experience with recruitments, acquired in a recruitment consulting company. +3 years of working experience relevant for this position Native Spanish speaker, English Intermediate level (written and spoken) Previous professional experience in temporary employment agencies Comfortable with search processes, first discussions with candidates, and customer-facing time (as needed) Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment Service-driven with the ambition to excel Be able to communicate effectively with customers, partners and colleagues About Us: We're not bound by traditional ways of doing things.
