We're seeking a dynamic individual who can deliver state-of-the-art code while prioritising performance and scalability.
We are recruiting for two teams: Retention: In the retention team, we build features for bonuses, rewards and mission systems (gamification) to differentiate our products from competitors.
This pillar also includes player account management and iGaming integration.Sportsbook: In the sportsbook team, we work in a high-volume, real-time environment, integrating data feeds with our modern trading system and transactional betting platform (UI/Backend).
Your contributions will include building advanced search functionalities and developing automation for dynamic content adaptation.
You'll also play a crucial role in utilising models to optimise pricing strategies and manage risk effectively.As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate effectively while also demonstrating initiative and a passion for sharing innovative ideas.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: Working with state-of-the-art technology stack and delivering features in our microservice ecosystem in an autonomous environment.Building, maintaining, developing, testing, deploying and enhancing our products and features.Owning delivery plans and aligning the product importance of reducing technical debt and prioritising platform initiatives.Identifying obstacles to ensure quality and improve our user experience and how we build our products.Collaborating with product managers, architects, QA engineers and other developers in a highly collaborative agile environment.Building for scale, availability, performance and security across the stack.OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING: ESSENTIAL SKILLS 8+ years of software development experience with Java and related frameworks such as Vert.X, Netty, Micrometer, Quarkus or Spring Boot (for the Retention team, reactive stack is a must have), preferably in an agile environment.Hands-on experience developing highly scalable RESTful end-to-end Microservices.Experience with automation and monitoring.Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, caching and messaging systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, acting as a technical representative of the team with the ability to communicate technical challenges to non-technical stakeholders.NICE TO HAVES Online gaming and gambling experience.WHO WE ARE
