Staff Analog Design Engineer

Our client, a leading innovator in power solutions, is seeking a Staff Analog Design Engineer to join their fast-paced Automotive BMS Product Line. In this role, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of battery management systems, pushing the boundaries of creativity and technical expertise.
Responsibilities:Design high-precision analog circuits, including:Low-dropout regulators (LDOs)Charge pumpsBandgap referencesAmplifiersData converters (DACs, ADCs)Other precision analog circuitryAnalyse trade-offs and select optimal circuit topologiesActively participate in the entire product development cycle, from concept to launchDevelop design-for-test (DFT) strategies to ensure optimal block performanceCollaborate with layout engineers on critical analog implementation, monitor layout progress, and integrate post-layout extraction and simulation resultsWork with a team to verify and validate product behaviour before and after silicon manufacturingQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) or equivalent5+ years of experience in analog circuit designStrong motivation and a passion for innovationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsIn-depth knowledge of transistor-level design and low-power design techniquesExperience with Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS (BCD) processesFamiliarity with mixed-signal design (a plus)This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the future of automotive technology.
