What is The Role:Currently we are focusing to recruit one Inside Sales Representative who is fluent or native in Hebrew for the Israeli market. As a Digital Inside Sales Representative focusing on our General Business territories, you'll be a key player in building new business and growing the Elastic footprint within a select group of accounts with high potential. Your mission will be to ensure that our customers across Emerging Territory are maximizing the value of Elastic cloud solutions throughout their organizations. It's a hybrid role where our recruitment focus is on people already living in Barcelona!

What You Will Be Doing:Driving awareness and demand for Elastic solutions within a specified set of accounts by developing and executing a territory strategy/partner plan to expand and nurture these accounts.Acting as a champion for our cutting-edge technologies including GenAI, Vector Search, Security, and Observability.Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within existing accounts through your original strategies, incoming leads, personal efforts, contacts, and partnerships with regional players.Identifying and qualifying new opportunities across white space account by leveraging your creativity, inbound lead flows, personal prospecting efforts, contacts, existing accounts, and partnerships.Crafting and implementing a strategic prospecting strategy for daily execution to gain introductions, solve business challenges, and effectively position Elastic's technology.Collaborating cross-functionally with our sales development, marketing, partner, product and customer service teams to yield unparalleled results.Engaging with customers to uncover new business opportunities, steering them through the sales process and finalizing complex deals.Crafting a solid business plan utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and ZoomInfo. What You Bring With You:3+ years' sales experience within the software industry. Proven and consistent track record of excelling in sales of SaaS subscriptions and deploying a sales approach that has led to the successful growth and management of both existing and new customers as well as new use cases.
