Job Overview:
As a Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products by leveraging data to inform decisions, improve user experiences, and contribute to the strategic direction of our product offerings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, to analyze product performance, user behaviour, and market trends. Your insights will help shape product features, roadmap decisions, and overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret product data; develop dashboards to track KPIs.
Product Performance Evaluation: Analyze product performance, identify improvement areas, and assess the impact of new features.
User Behavior & Feedback Analysis: Study user feedback, conduct segmentation, and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
Market & Competitive Research: Research market trends and competitors to inform product strategy.
Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable product recommendations.
A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize product features and user experiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in product analysis, data analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Google Analytics, etc.
Experience with statistical analysis and A/B testing.
Familiarity with product management frameworks and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, able to present complex data clearly and concisely.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) is a plus.
