Sr People Analytics Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Sr People Analytics Analyst with proven experience in the HR analytics space. The Sr People Analytics Analyst will work closely with the People & Culture leadership team to understand their data analytics requirements and develop analytics data models using Snowflake, DBT, and PowerBI to deliver the required data insights.Working closely with BI Developers and Data Engineers, this role will ensure timely delivery of data models for P&C reporting and analytics.Key Responsibilities:Partner with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements for various People & Culture reporting dashboards.Analyze data coming from various HR systems such as UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, etc.Using DBT or SQL, create and maintain robust data models to support analytics reports for the P&C team.Ensure data integrity and consistency while safeguarding sensitive information using effective data masking policies.Collaborate with the Governance team to ensure data processes adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Document technical solutions, processes, and various data artifacts.
