The preferred candidate has experience in Spanish payroll process/payroll systems and has the ability to abstract requirements independently. You're never bored!"BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 3+ years of experience in Spanish Payroll- Fluent in Spanish and English- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup and other formulas)- Good analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to details- Experience with Spanish Labor Code, Taxation, Social Security SystemPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Deep knowledge of personal income tax legislation, labor law- Familiar with SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ADP software- Experience with process transitions- Sense of innovationAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
