In surgery, orthopedics, vision, and interventional solutions, we continue to help save lives and create a future where healthcare solutions are smarter, less invasive, and more personalized.Responsibilities:Lead a team of risk analysts to identify and monitor systemic direct material risks.Analyze macro-trends to anticipate potential risks and their impact on the business.Collaborate effectively with Source Category, EMSI, and Materials Planning teams to leverage insights.Support the design and implementation of risk management solutions with suppliers, and contribute to product end-to-end risk reviews.Ensure suppliers have robust risk management strategies and business continuity plans to protect our Orthopedics portfolio.Establish and maintain a network of site and functional business continuity contacts to ensure program consistency and alignment with evolving business needs.Qualifications:Education: BA/BS degree in a Business-related field of study, Supply Chain, Logistics Sciences, or Engineering field.Experience and Skills Required:10+ years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Planning, or Manufacturing Operations, preferably within the medical device industry.Proven ability to work effectively cross-functionally.Track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing direct reports.Strong written and oral communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain with a focus on Planning and constraint theory.Positive, customer-focused, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.Preferred: Background in Operational Excellence (Lean/Six-Sigma).Other: This position may require domestic and international travel between 10% to 20%
