Position Overview:Join our innovative, results-based and FUN Recruitment team to help source, identify, interview and recommend placement of employees through the use of creative internal and external sourcing methods.
You will work directly with hiring managers of Entrust and the HR Business Partner Group to develop and implement proactive and consultative recruiting strategies.
Your Responsibilities:Full cycle recruiting of EMEA & Global Technical positions including posting positions, developing sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, formulating offer letters, and onboarding new hires.Proactively source, network and creatively identify and interview potential candidates.Support and build Entrust employment brand.Support the Employee Referral Program.Adhere to equal opportunity / affirmative action guidelines and federal and state regulations in recruiting efforts.Manage operational projects to help streamline recruitment efficiencies.Build strong relationships with managers and candidates.Manage relationships with preferred vendors.Knowledge of Workday is a plus.Your Experience:5+ years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter.Proficient in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.Clear understanding of end-to-end recruitment best practices.Use a creative approach to sourcing, attracting and engaging candidates.Strong communication skills & proven ability to influence.Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced organization.Ideally, You Will Have:Bachelor's degree and solid understanding of HR laws and regulations.Solid skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel.Entrust is an EEO / AA / Disabled / Veterans Employer.
