Ensure the application of local legislation in all HR issues.Champion the communication of HR strategy, initiatives, policies, and procedures, lead and drive change projects to generate and deliver continuous improvements within the function.Collaborate and deliver global projects with the Learning and Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate HR Business Partner teams.PROFILE:Studies: psychology, business degree, or related studies.Languages: Good command of English written, spoken, and local language.Work experience: 2 years' experience in a similar role.Skills: Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines, well-organized with a people-oriented approach, ability to interact with leaders, act as a coach when appropriate and drive towards solutions, excellent verbal and written communication skills, confident in communicating and influencing with multiple senior stakeholders, positive mindset, self-motivated, and team player.#J-18808-Ljbffr
