Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse array of tasks aimed at ensuring seamless operations, optimising customer experiences, and delivering impactful business outcomes. With your dedication and expertise, you will play a key role in maintaining our position as a leading player in the exhilarating sports betting industry.
As the Sportsbook Executive, you'll be monitoring betting activity, markets and liabilities to identify potential risks/opportunities. Your keen analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyse daily risk reports, swiftly identifying risk areas and taking decisive actions to mitigate potential losses. Your role doesn't stop there – you'll be a catalyst for improvement, suggesting enhancements to existing risk management strategies and processes.
Ensuring that our on/off-site sportsbook content remains relevant, accurate, and up-to-date will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. You'll delve into the quality of trading, assessing sports, leagues, markets, and selections and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Managing a diverse range of sportsbook customers, you'll consider their preferences, behaviours, and risk profiles, creating a personalised experience for each.
Collaboration is key in our team, and as a Sportsbook Executive, you'll work seamlessly with the CRM, Content, and Marketing teams. From promotions and campaigns to customer engagement initiatives, your input will be invaluable. Additionally, your collaboration with the Risk Prevention and Fraud (RPF) department will be crucial in identifying and preventing sportsbook-related fraud.
Qualifications Fluent professional level of English & Spanish
Prior experience in the iGaming industry in a Product, CRM, Marketing or Analytical role
Demonstrate a passion for sports - specifically football knowledge is essential. Tennis, NBA, Table Tennis and/or MMA are beneficial
Good team player, with the ability to work on own initiative
Strong data, analytical and reporting skills
Must have excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions
Good understanding of player bonuses and incentives
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Previous experience of Kambi and its promotional capabilities is considered to be an advantage, but not essential
