.Dynata, the leading force in the tech and data industry, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts in Southern Europe.This role is pivotal in driving our strategic partnerships and client relationships in the region.The Role The Dynata Business Development Manager role exists to drive profitable and sustainable business growth through new client acquisition across investment firms and advisors.The focus will be bringing on new business, market assessment, and establishing and building ongoing client relationships that generate impactful business results.The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, creative minded, entrepreneurial, and enjoy working within a team dynamic.Responsibilities Prospect for new sales opportunities and drives revenue through face-to-face, video, and telephone outbound sales to new business and lapsed customers.Make Dynata the first-place companies go to for data creation.Become a master of Dynata products and services and how to customize these products for different business customer segments through a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements.Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue and profit quotas and lead indicator performance metrics.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.Support the Client Services Department during the delivery phase to ensure client expectations are met.Essential Skills Proven sales executive experience, meeting, or exceeding targets.Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.Proven ability to position products against competitors.Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent verbal and written communications skills both in English and Spanish.Hands-on approach - not afraid to deal with all aspects of client service (sales, strategy, ops, marketing, product development, recruitment etc.)Desirable Skills Understanding of market research, consumer privacy issues and emerging trends.A high intellect individual who combines proven sales ability with analytical excellence, superior communication skills (presentation and written) and an ability to build strong client relationships.Highly organized but flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Education and Experience Minimum of bachelor's degree and 3-7 years professional experience.We Offer Hybrid work model.Find yourself at home with the 9 nationalities in the Madrid Office.Office in the Best part of Madrid with a terrace and a fantastic view on LA CIBELES (Ping Pong and Darts)
