Responsabilities Support to the Production Studio Department in the Digital Artwork area Contribution of ideas to the team.
Assistance in the development of graphic and web concepts.
Receiving briefs from the accounts team and assisting in the construction of the production brief.
Searching, under supervision, for suppliers tailored to the project's needs.
Managing, under supervision, the project's requirements (reviewing budgets, timelines, and involved profiles).
Learning to audit the work done based on the demands and adjustments provided by the accounts and creative team.
Requirements Knowledge and good manage of Photoshop and Premiere.
Creative and Audiovisual Sensitivity (knowledge of visual architecture, design, etc.).
Budgeting knowledge.
How to create a brief.
Global management of a production.
Internal workflow in the agency with different teams (creative, accounts, social, etc.).
Contacting suppliers.
Understanding the business of production companies.
Strong eye for detail, perfectionist attitude.
Understand how to prioritise workflow, with an ability to work under pressure towards multiple deadlines.
Highly organized & able to multi-task.
Ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and confidently Problem solving mentality.
High level of English essential.
